In 1993, U-TECO was set up as a mold factory in Panyu, a historic town in the South of China.
In 2006 Mar, The new factory of 15000 square meter was set up and launched to use, a abundance of new machines and advanced equipment were brought in.
In 2006 May, the injection shop of 8000 square meter was set up near the tooling shop, U-TECO realized the internal mold trial and plastic production from 55 ton to 1380 ton injection machine gradually.
In 2006 June, bought in Japanese Modern CNC machines.
In 2006 Aug, the company attained the ISO9001:2000 / ISO14001:2004 validation.
In 2008 Sep, we brought in the advanced PM system for the mold production.
In 2009 Dec, the company attained the ISO9001:2008/ISO14001:2004/TS16949:2009 validation.
In 2011, The name of ‘GUANGZHOU PANYU U-TECO DEVELOPMENT CO.. LTD’ was changed to ‘GUANGZHOU U-TECO DEVELOPMENT CO.. LTD’. The annual sales of molds and plastic injections achieved to 100 million RMB.
In 2016 Mar., we brought in the advanced eMan system for the mold fabrication.The new factory of production and advanced equipment was launched in 2020 with investment of 50 million RMB.
The new plant was completed and used in 2021.
